Area Sales Manager : Waterproofing Membranes
THE CLIENT: Our client is widely recognised as being one of the world?s largest producers and suppliers of roofing and waterproofing membranes. They are at the cutting edge of product design and provide extremely cost effective products. They are particularly keen to hear from self motivated team players with a track record of sales success in the construction industry.
THE ROLE: 70% of your time will be focused upon gaining specifications on both private and local authority projects. The remainder will be spent with roofing contractors. The majority of the role is centred around maintaining existing business and territory turnover is in excess of £750,000 per year. You will also be responsible for giving CPD seminars, and full training will be provided wherever necessary.
THE PACKAGE:
Basic Salary - £26-29,000
Commission*Bonus : £4,000
